About the Role: As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality electrical building services designs. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities will include: Design Development: Crafting electrical systems designs, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and security systems, from concept to completion. Project Management: Leading or contributing to projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance with relevant standards. Collaboration: Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, architects, and clients, to ensure integrated and efficient designs. Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software. Site Engagement: Conducting site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and support project implementation. Mentorship: For senior candidates, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. Experience: Intermediate Level: Minimum of 3 years\β experience in electrical design within the building services sector. Senior Level: Over 6 years\β experience with a proven track record of leading projects. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, or similar tools.
