Electrical Qualified Supervisor

Part-Time Electrical Qualified Supervisor (Mid-Level) Location: Essex-based, covering Essex, London & Kent Hours: Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Compensation: Competitive, based on experience As our electrical company continues to grow and take on larger residential and commercial projects, we are looking for a Part-Time Qualified Supervisor (QS) to support our compliance, testing, and certification processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional who values quality, reliability, and career growth. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee electrical testing and inspection to ensure compliance with current regulations (BS 7671) * Sign off electrical works and provide certification where required * Support the team in maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship * Assist with quality control and compliance documentation * Provide technical guidance to electricians as needed Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Supervisor or in a supporting electrical compliance role * NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition qualifications * ECS Gold Card (preferred) * Strong understanding of BS 7671 and NICEIC/NAPIT requirements * Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills * Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach What We Offer: * Flexible working hours to fit around your schedule * The potential to grow into a full-time position as the business scales * A supportive team environment and consistent pipeline of varied projects * Opportunity to work with a company that values craftsmanship and compliance
