Duration: For the month of July to cover annual leave of existing secretaries (+/- a couple of days either side for hand over / hand back).

Hourly rate: £14.00 - 15.30 p/hour (DOE £28-30k equivalent p/annum).

Pay: Weekly pay, via PAYE.

Hours: 9.00-5.00 / 9.30-5.30 - to be agreed with successful candidate.

We are looking for a legal secretary, free for the month of July to help out whilst the existing secretary is on holiday. You'll be providing support to the partners - manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth operations until their return.

Qualifications: Prior experience in a law firm is essential. Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset are required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to partners.
  • Manage diaries, book travel, and arrange meetings.
  • Handle expense management and ad hoc tasks.
