Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Vanbrugh Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fast-growing construction contractor working across public sector refurbishment projects — clients include MOD, Metropolitan Police as well as high profile heritage organisations. We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just another job. Key Responsibilities Working closely with project and site teams on refurb and fit-out projects Handling cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts Managing budgets and making sure everything runs profitably and smoothly Building client relationships and being a confident, professional point of contact Splitting your time between on-site, working from home, and the office – flexible and balanced Learning and growing through real project experience, not just sitting behind a desk Requirements: BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards it) Experience in construction or refurbishment projects – or a strong understanding and desire to learn fast Great with numbers, contracts, and attention to detail Confident communicator – you\’ll be dealing with teams, clients, and suppliers Hungry to grow your career and be part of a team that’s building something Why apply for this position?
