I currently have an exciting opportunity for a staff nurse to work with a well-established, highly regarded care provider within their nursing home in Coventry. The home offers bespoke care to up to 25 residents, with luxury facilities and meaningful activities; they pride themselves on their high quality, round the clock care.

Your job will be to support the Home Manager with the general running of the home, implementation of policies and business procedures, preparing the staff Rota, monitoring standards of care, etc.

The Deputy Manager package includes:

  • Supportive and bespoke training programmes

  • PCS electronic system
  • A mix of on the floor and supernumerary shifts

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse
  • Qualified with a valid NMC pin
  • Highly motivated with strong leadership skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
