About the Role This is a pivotal role within the People team, focused on acquiring, rewarding, and retaining top talent across a diverse organisation. You’ll be field-based, working closely with leaders and central functions to lead end-to-end recruitment and design impactful reward and benefit initiatives that reinforce a positive, inclusive company culture. What You\’ll Be Doing * Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies tailored to each location and role. * Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including working with third-party agencies. * Championing reward and benefit initiatives aligned to business goals and employee feedback. * Driving a people-first culture with innovative internal communication and engagement practices. * Collaborating with L&D teams to align recruitment with internal development and retention strategies. * Maintaining compliance with employment law and sponsorship management system (SMS) obligations. * Monitoring KPIs such as time-to-hire, agency usage, and candidate satisfaction to optimise recruitment impact. What You’ll Need * 2+ years in a recruitment or talent role, preferably within the hospitality industry. * Proven track record of designing and delivering recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates. * Strong understanding of the hospitality talent landscape. * Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. * Familiarity with reward structures, employee benefits, and compliance requirements. * Experience with ATS platforms and workforce data analysis.
