A leading national hospitality brand is on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team. About the Role
This is a pivotal role within the People team, focused on acquiring, rewarding, and retaining top talent across a diverse organisation. You’ll be field-based, working closely with leaders and central functions to lead end-to-end recruitment and design impactful reward and benefit initiatives that reinforce a positive, inclusive company culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing talent acquisition strategies tailored to each location and role.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including working with third-party agencies.
- Championing reward and benefit initiatives aligned to business goals and employee feedback.
- Driving a people-first culture with innovative internal communication and engagement practices.
- Collaborating with L&D teams to align recruitment with internal development and retention strategies.
- Maintaining compliance with employment law and sponsorship management system (SMS) obligations.
- Monitoring KPIs such as time-to-hire, agency usage, and candidate satisfaction to optimise recruitment impact.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years in a recruitment or talent role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality talent landscape.
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with reward structures, employee benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ATS platforms and workforce data analysis.
