A high degree of autonomy and trust – ideal for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload.What you’ll be doing: Managing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, including residential homes and commercial assets like restaurants, pubs, hotels, shops, offices, and industrial units. Advising on leases, declarations of trust, and co-ownership arrangements, overage agreements and commercial land options Regularly liaising with clients and third parties, providing clear, professional, and timely adviceWhat we’re looking for: A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer At least 2 years’ PQE, with experience handling your own caseload independently Solid background in both residential conveyancing and commercial property Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.Why this role?
