Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker - Family Safeguarding to join our client. We are recruiting social workers to become part of a Family Safeguarding team based in Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre. This role involves working closely with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children, providing essential support and intervention to address safeguarding concerns.
It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre, as whilst hybrid working is available, there is an expectation of regular working from the office bases.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support and intervention to families to address safeguarding concerns
- Ensure child-centred decision-making processes
- Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively
- Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection
- Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children
- Excellent supervision and manageable caseloads
- Stable teams of experienced social workers and permanent established Team Managers
