Job Description I am currently looking to speak with a Maintenance Asset Manager who will take up a position for our client based in Redcar Salary £65,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Pension + On-site Company Background Client is a leading infrastructure solutions business and operator of several critical UK energy sites Key Responsibilities Act as the Accountable Person Power Plants, ensuring compliance with Operating Standards, SHEQ, and legislative requirements. Lead and manage operational and maintenance teams to achieve safety, efficiency, and performance goals. Build and maintain effective client relationships to ensure safe, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver annual operating and business plans, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams. Plan, control, and optimise budgets, contracts, and CAPEX projects to enhance site safety and efficiency. Collaborate with authorities and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and community engagement. Support business growth and share best practices in the plant managers’ forum.
