Here at PH Water and Air Technologies, we have several opportunities to join our Service Desk team as a Service Administrator, based at our Farnborough office. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our service operations. From coordinating engineer schedules and handling administrative tasks to ensuring smooth day-to-day service delivery, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. You will be at the centre of operations, helping to maintain high standards and excellent client service. What you receive for joining us: We’re looking to offer a salary starting at £29,000 to £32,000 per annum. In addition, you will receive 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, financial loyalty bonus, standard company pension alongside a private healthcare plan.

Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Take charge of scheduling your assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring engineers are booked, job details are confirmed with clients, and all updates are accurately logged in Job Logic.
  • Keep operations running smoothly by reviewing paperwork from completed jobs, raising certificates, chasing overdue submissions, and passing jobs through for invoicing with correct documentation.
  • Support the Account Manager through regular communication, escalating job issues, annual leave requests, and engineer concerns as needed to maintain service quality and compliance.
  • Maintain daily workflow by issuing job sheets, creating detailed reports (including air and tank inspections), checking lab reports, and handling incoming calls, emails, and ad hoc admin tasks.
