Are you a commercially astute, qualified Finance Director with experience in property development or construction? Weβre hiring the first Finance Director for a fast-growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the financial future of a company entering its next phase of growth.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior management team, you will take full ownership of the finance function offering both strategic influence and day-to-day control of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with company growth plans
- Manage forecasting, budgeting and cash flow planning
- Oversee profit & loss, tax planning and statutory requirements
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations
- Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making
About You:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
