We are working with a fast-growing digital agency that’s looking for a highly skilled SEO Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a real passion for technical SEO, performance optimisation, and team development.

The Role

  • You’ll be leading SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
  • You’ll have ownership of technical SEO audits, keyword analysis, performance tracking, and will be expected to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of SEO strategies.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and other key metrics; report on ROI and growth.
  • Collaborate with developers, content creators, and account teams.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Keep up to date with SEO best practices and search engine algorithm changes.

  • GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl
  • CMS platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco, JAMstack
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
