I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on behalf of a leading Norwich based housing association. About the role The majority of the work will be in and around Norfolk, but travel may be required throughout Norwich and Dereham. Work will involve carrying out multi trade repairs to a high standard on a range of tenanted properties. The main focus of the role will be: To take ownership for effective and efficient multi skilled related repairs in tenanted properties. To work as part of a team carrying out repairs from carpentry, plumbing, painting and patch plastering. This will be a 37 hour per week position Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will have the following: Either a full trade apprenticeship or NVQ level two or appropriate trade experience within at least 2 different trades. Experience dealing with customers directly. A Driving Licence as travel throughout Norwich and Dereham will be required. Experience of working in Property Maintenance Good IT skillsThis role will be subject to a DBS check. This is a temporary contract running for a minimum of 2 months to cover long term sick (may be extended further) Other benefits include: Van and power tools provided (you will need to supply your own hand tools) Competitive hourly rateInterested?
