Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role in a vibrant primary school in Godalming? We are currently working with a well-established primary school to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant on a daily rate of £95 – £105.

About the Teaching Assistant role:
The Teaching Assistant (LSA) will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils within the classroom
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring their inclusion in all activities
Helping to create a positive, nurturing education and training environment for all childrenWho we are looking for:
The successful Teaching Assistant will have previous experience in a similar role. You will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children\’s education. Relevant qualifications or experience working with SEN pupils will be an advantage.
