About the Asset Manager job

The Asset Manager tracks all company assets across UK and EU locations, working with Procurement and Supply Planning to ensure refurbished equipment is ready and working at all locations whilst always following company health & safety policies and procedures.

Key tasks:

  • Track asset movement and make sure all equipment is moved and delivered correctly—from the manufacturer to storage, and then to the customer.
  • Keep records updated by working with others to make sure asset details in company systems are accurate and reports are shared with the finance team.
  • Meet and liaise regularly with different departments to check equipment records, fix any issues, and make sure used equipment is repaired and reused when possible.
  • Continually review how equipment is being used in the field and follow up if it's not being used properly to help get the best value from it.

About You:

  • The successful candidate shall have experience using D365 and Salesforce systems and be an analytical thinker and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Experience of working with third party EU providers would be beneficial but not essential.

The Asset Manager job (ref:8903) is paying £35,000 pro rata according to your experience. This is a 3-month fixed term role. Please note, this role is not suitable for an IT Asset Manager.

You will be expected to be based on site for 3 days per week and 2 days a week can be done remotely (subject to change dependent on the needs of business). The role offers flexibility with working hours but are typically 9:00am – 5:00pm.
