Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator Location: Hull Type: Permanent Salary £26,500 Key responsibilities: * Ensure timely and complete deliveries are made in accordance with customer schedules. * Play a key role in achieving departmental KPIs including stock accuracy, on-time delivery and delivery precision. * Assist with and participate in audits and inventory checks as required. * Address and implement containment actions for logistics-related issues arising from quality investigations, audits, or customer complaints. * Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer-specific requirements and ensure compliance, particularly for automotive delivery standards. * Actively contribute to the standardisation of operations by developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Operate independently while offering guidance and support to team members as needed. * Use systems and Microsoft Office effectively to generate pick sheets, stock check reports and support other administrative tasks. * Promote and maintain Health & Safety responsibilities, support company targets and ensure compliance in your area. Required Skills and Experience: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages. * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. * Good communication and team collaboration skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
