Location: Richmond

Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday in the office

Annual Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 plus 28 days including bank holidays, pension and benefits scheme.

Are you an enthusiastic and well-organised professional with a passion for the legal sector? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing legal firm, is on the lookout for a dedicated Office Manager to join their vibrant team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone, ideally with managerial experience, who is eager to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking firm. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Diary management, general management of the office, assisting with stationary supplies.
  • Client Liaison: assisting with client enquiries such as onboarding formalities and AML checks.
  • File Management
  • Accounting & Financial Management: perform legal cashier duties, supporting with billing including some credit control and budgeting.
  • Sales: supporting with BD initiatives, liaising with the marketing and social media consultants and attending networking events.
  • Human Resources Management: inductions, employment contracts, assisting with recruitment, staff performance and assisting in 1-2-1's.
  • IT & Compliance Management: assisting with internal and outsourced IT service providers to ensure all is in working order, assist with IT updates and assist with case management system workflows.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within this type of role or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A self-motivated attitude, with basic project management skills.
