This isn’t a passive role. They’re looking for a proactive doer—someone who brings structure, energy, and detail to every stage of the product lifecycle. You’ll be the key link between the internal teams, international suppliers, and well-known clients—turning concepts into commercial products with precision and pace. What You’ll Be Doing * Driving product development from initial idea to final delivery—chasing samples, resolving issues, and keeping things on track. * Managing relationships with clients and suppliers, especially across the Far East, ensuring clear communication and reliable follow-through. * Overseeing critical paths, order tracking, and approvals with an eye for detail and a passion for getting it right the first time. * Collaborating closely with internal teams to streamline processes and elevate product execution across the board. What You Bring to the Table * 5+ years’ experience in product development or account management—ideally from a supplier background—with hands-on exposure to factory relationships in Asia. * Strong communication skills, particularly when working with overseas partners and fast-paced client accounts. * A deep understanding of the fashion industry, from fast to premium brands, with a sharp commercial eye. * Proficiency in Excel, including costings, timelines, and tracking tools—you bring order to complexity. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You take ownership, move things forward, and sweat the small stuff.
