Our mission is to create the most vibrant, high quality and participative insurance community in the UK. For over 20 years we’ve worked in partnership with independent brokers, supporting them in their growth journey. We truly believe that for brokers, insurers and our teammates alike, our strength is collective. The brokers who join our network are partners, not members - we work alongside them in their business to help them achieve their goals. Hedron supports Partner Brokers with market access and placement, systems and business efficiency, compliance, client money management, development and insight, strategic growth planning, people and performance, acquisition and succession, and claims and risk management. We take a consultative approach to get to the heart of what’s important to each broking business, rather than fitting them into a one-size-fits-most proposition.
