My client is a privately-owned Waste Management and Recycling company with extensive experience in the industry. They are now looking for an experienced, hands-on and driven General/Operations Manager to oversee their busy depot.
SALARY: £60,000- £80,000, Vehicle, Mobile & Pension (Bonus TBC)
LOCATION: Kettering, Thrapston, Corby and surrounding areas
ROLE: You will be responsible for a team of around 40 staff members, as you oversee the running and production of the company depot. In this position, you will ensure that all production targets and KPIs are being met or exceeded. You will effectively plan available resources to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement activity on an ongoing basis. This position will see you ensuring that your team adheres to implemented Health and Safety policies and site compliance.
EXPERIENCE: Ideally you will be WAMITAB Level 4 qualified and hold a CPC managers qualification. You will have excellent man-management skills and be confident with leading a team. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to make a difference in a busy production environment. You will possess fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
