The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project timelines with overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Maintaining Project Schedules: Created and updated detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Monitoring Project Progress: Tracking actual progress against the planned schedule, identifying potential delays, and analyzing causes for deviations.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and communicating these risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Determining the resources (labour, materials, equipment) needed for each phase of the project and ensuring they are available on time.
- Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, identifying cost overruns.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicating project progress to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and site teams.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that project activities adhere to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, including engineers, architects, and project managers.
