Construction Planner 6 months – outside ir35 Responsible for developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project timelines with overall goals.  Key Responsibilities:  Developing and Maintaining Project Schedules: Created and updated detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.  Monitoring Project Progress: Tracking actual progress against the planned schedule, identifying potential delays, and analyzing causes for deviations.  Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks, developing contingency plans, and communicating these risks to relevant stakeholders.  Resource Allocation: Determining the resources (labour, materials, equipment) needed for each phase of the project and ensuring they are available on time.  Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, identifying cost overruns, Communication and Reporting: Communicating project progress to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and site teams.  Quality Control: Ensuring that project activities adhere to quality standards and specifications.  Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, including engineers, architects, and project managers.  Required Skills and Qualifications:  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on data analysis.  Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.  Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems and to develop contingency plans.  Knowledge of the Construction Industry: Understanding of construction processes, building materials, and safety regulations.  Experience: Relevant experience in construction planning, project scheduling, and project management.  Osirian Consulting is committed to working with our clients to promote equality and diversity in the workplace.
