Wynyard Park Ltd is seeking a motivated Administrative Finance Assistant to join a fast-paced very successful group of companies in Teesside. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in finance within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
- Assist with credit control and reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed including filing, post room duties, scanning and photocopying, booking travel and processing mileage claims.
