Quality Assurance Business Partner

Quality Assurance Business Partner Location: North of England Salary: £44,395 per annum (DOE) Hours: 35 hours per week HCR is seeking a Quality Assurance Business Partner to support the Regional Manager in delivering high standards across services for individuals with acquired brain injuries related to trauma, illness, or substance misuse. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement, monitor compliance, and help services achieve outstanding quality. You’ll gather and analyse data using Datix, carry out service visits, and develop actionable Quality Improvement Plans.
