This IFA Administrator job in Bromsgrove provides opportunity for an experienced Administrator within financial planning to join a well established IFA firm. As an IFA Administrator, you will be providing administrative and technical support to their Financial Advisors, making sure clients receive great service. You should regularly hold catch up meetings with your allocated Financial Advisors to review outstanding and upcoming items, and plan a clear workflow of priorities. This role has good levels of client liaison, as you will be their first point of contact and act as a relationship manager to support clients through their financial planning journey.
Your administrative duties will include:
- Preparing documents such as fact finds, client review packs, research, illustrations, new business packs
- Liaising with the Paraplanners
- Submitting new business cases for processing
- Maintaining accurate client records

IFA Administrator Requirements
- You should have experience within a similar financial services support role
- You should have experience with some platforms and financial products such as pensions, investments and pensions
- You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and industry related software
