Repairs Manager – Potters Bar – Social Housing Sector Location: Potters Bar Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks temp leading to a permanent role) Salary: £45,000 – £47,000 per annum Car Allowance: £3,000 per annum We\’re currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Repairs Manager to oversee all responsive repairs and maintenance works for a local council in Potters Bar. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week period. Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day repairs and maintenance across the local authority\’s housing stock Lead a team of supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, efficient services Ensure repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Drive performance across all workstreams, ensuring KPI compliance and customer satisfaction Liaise effectively with council stakeholders, residents, and internal departments Oversee H&S compliance and ensure all works are carried out in line with legislation and best practices Manage budgets, materials, scheduling, and workforce planning to support smooth service delivery If you feel like this role is for you, please apply directly
