We are seeking a freelance Architectural Designer with strong Revit skills and experience in architecture or landscape architecture to support Stage 4 design development.
Responsibilities:- Interpreting and accurately modelling site levels and topography within the BIM environment.
- Enhancing detailed drawings by adding accurate labels and annotations, and ensuring all elements are correctly modelled and coordinated.
- Reviewing and refining sectional drawings, incorporating appropriate labels, graphics, and verifying alignment with design intent.
- Integrating COBie (Construction-Operations Building information exchange) data into models as required to support asset information management.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver coordinated and well-documented Stage 4 design packages.
- Maintaining consistent drawing standards and adhering to company and industry best practices.
- Proven experience using Revit in an architectural or landscape architectural context.
- Strong ability to convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into accurate 3D Revit models.
- Experience integrating COBie data into BIM models.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and model coordination.
- Must have access to a CAD-capable workstation.
- Must hold a Revit 2023 licence.
