We\’re working with a highly regarded main dealer group looking for a dynamic Aftersales Manager to take the reins of an established small team – with exciting plans to grow. What’s on offer * £40,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55k+ (likely £65k+) * EV company car – full electric, in line with the group’s future-forward approach * Monday to Friday working only – keep your weekends! * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Onsite parking and EV charging * Death in service benefit The Role As Aftersales Manager, you\’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the Service and Parts departments, driving growth, maintaining high standards of customer care, and mentoring a team on the rise. You\’ll work closely with senior leadership and have the autonomy to shape the department as it expands.
