The predicted salary is between 93600 - 117600 £ per year.
Location: Lanarkshire - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Rate: £45-55 p/h (PAYE)
Contract: 12 months
About the Role: You will be responsible for designing and specifying mechanical equipment, managing vendors, supporting procurement, and integrating equipment into plant designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and specification of process equipment
- Create technical datasheets and purchase requisitions
- Interface with vendors, inspectors, and internal teams
- Participate in design reviews and drawing checks
- Provide technical support to sales and tendering
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical/process engineering background
- Experience with offshore/seawater systems preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Professionally qualified engineer
