We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead this world-class facility. As the Nurse Manager (or someone eligible to become one), you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role ideal for a candidate with a strong background in private healthcare, particularly surgical services (not essential). Key Responsibilities: * Lead the hospital’s operations and drive continued excellence in patient care. * Oversee CQC compliance and regulatory standards. * Develop and grow services, specialties, and business partnerships. * Manage finance, HR, facilities, and service delivery across departments. * Inspire and lead a high-performing clinical and non-clinical team. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in senior management within a private hospital / clinic setting * Strong background in business development and service growth. * Solid understanding of CQC requirements and healthcare governance. * A confident leader with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. * Existing CQC Registration is desirable but not essential.
