Electrical Engineering Supervisor

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer ready to step into a leadership role? Want to work for a precision manufacturer with global reach and great benefits? A UK-based manufacturer of high-precision components, supplying industries across the UK and overseas, is looking to appoint an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll lead a team of five and take ownership of all site electrical maintenance activity. What\’s on offer: * £45,000 – £50,000 per annum * Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm * 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) * Pension + Cash Health Care Scheme In this role, you’ll be: * Supervising a team of 4 Engineers and 1 Apprentice * Providing electrical maintenance across equipment, facilities and plant machinery * Managing and delivering PPM/TPM schedules * Reacting swiftly to breakdowns, diagnosing and resolving issues * Reading electrical/panel drawings and fault finding to component level * Using PLC fault-finding and interrogation (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley) * Overseeing installation and commissioning of new equipment What we’re looking for: * A time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer, ideally from a heavy industry or heavy engineering background * An electrical qualification (Level 3 or above) * Strong skills in PLC fault diagnosis and electrical panel work * A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to lead by example If you\’re looking for a long-term move into a supervisory role within a stable and forward-thinking company, we’d love to hear from you.
