Full-Time, Permanent office based no hybridWe are recruiting for a leading company based in Redditch, known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Systems Engineer to join the Quality team.As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001). You will play a key role in driving quality improvements, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.Quality Systems Engineer key duties include:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System to meet internal and external requirements.
• Lead internal audits and support external certification and customer audits.
• Monitor and report on quality KPIs and system performance.
• Support non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated across all processes.
• Facilitate training and awareness on quality systems and standards.

The successful Quality Systems Engineer will have the following skills and experience:-

• Proven experience in a Quality Systems or Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• Experience with internal auditing, document control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools.
• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality, or a related field (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree).

Desirable:

• Certified Internal Auditor.
• Experience with PPAP,  and 8D problem solving.
• Familiarity with customer-specific requirements and industry regulations.
