As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and selecting compassionate, high-calibre carers to join our outstanding team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, love engaging with people, and want to contribute to something truly meaningful, this is the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates
  • Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews
  • Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
  • Reviewing applications and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting applicants with documentation and onboarding
  • Following our compliance processes
  • Booking successful candidates into training

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approach
  • A team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
  • Valid Driving Licence and your own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly

What We Offer:

  • Up to £27,300 per year
  • 37.5 hour workweek, 5 days out of 7
  • 25 days’ holiday + an extra day for your birthday
