Sewell Wallis is working with a well-established construction business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, who are currently looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a temp to perm basis due to growth. This is a temporary role with high potential to go permanent for the right person so you must be available on an immediate basis.
You must have a recent degree in Quantity Surveying and have a can-do attitude and be looking for a fast-paced role to build on your experience. The ideal candidate will be someone enthusiastic, ready to learn, and interested in supporting a business on a temp to perm basis. This is a great role for any graduate looking to get their foot in the door within QS and gain exposure to the full end-to-end process.
What will you be doing?
- Assisting the Commercial Director in all areas of the commercial side of the business.
- Post-contract work.
- Bills of quantities.
- Cost planning.
- Procurement.
- Tendering.
