Are you a skilled Network Analyst with a solid background in Cisco technologies? We are seeking an experienced professional to join a dynamic team supporting global IT operations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the frontline of network services, diagnosing and resolving issues, engaging with users, and playing a key role in maintaining a robust network infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide remote support for network services to international facilities.
- Act as the first point of contact for incident ticket resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members where necessary.
- Conduct IT meetings and provide updates on open tickets.
- Assist users with network-related requests and queries.
What We're Looking For:
- Must-have skills:
- Experience configuring and maintaining CISCO 3850, 9300, and 9500 switches.
- Familiarity with 9800 wireless controllers is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with Cisco network technologies.
- CISCO CCNA certification is required (proof of certification must be provided).
