What You’ll Do- Conduct on-site inspections for Class 2 buildings (multi-residential), ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Identify defects, risks, and non-compliance issues - then help get them fixed.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and provide expert guidance to builders, developers, and clients.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure quality and compliance from start to finish.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in building codes.
- Current registration as a Class 2A Building Inspector.
