Purchase Ledger Controller

Our client, a leading name in their field, is currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Controller for an immediate start. This is currently a temporary role with the possibility of it turning into a long term position. You will be experienced in Purchase Ledger (AAT qualified) to ensure the Purchase Ledger is managed and processed ensuring all Purchase Ledger balances and transactions are accurate and uptodate. Must be able to hit the ground running as this is a busy role ! Key Responsibilities: Maintaining the Purchase Ledger Processing purchase ledger invoices and resolving any queries Ensure correct nominal and VAT codes are applied to all transactions Investigate debit balances and liaise with suppliers to resolve Reconcile a month end ledger, VAT and BS report To produce external reporting for the intercompany, the auditors and HMRC.
