Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record in the luxury fit-out sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of high-end fit-out projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction on luxury fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all work is delivered to specification and on schedule
- Maintain strict health and safety standards in accordance with company and legal requirements
- Oversee quality control and ensure finishes meet premium expectations
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, reporting on progress and addressing any issues proactively
- Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project vision is fully realised
- Conduct site meetings, manage snagging processes, and deliver final handovers with excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the luxury fit-out or high-end interior construction sector
- Strong understanding of bespoke materials, finishes, and installation methods
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and suppliers while maintaining high standards
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, H&S regulations, and project management techniques
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications required
- Full UK driving licence
