Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly, politely, and professionally to product-related queries via email, phone, and social media.
- Manage the warranty order cycle through our ERP system, including:
- Providing accurate product information and fitting advice.
- Determining warranty status and processing replacements or spare orders.
- Monitoring order status and liaising with engineers and couriers.
- Communicating any issues or delays effectively to customers.
- Scheduling with customers and third-party engineers.
- Analysing engineer reports to provide optimal resolutions.
- Following up on all queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
