We are seeking to appoint a first-class individual to join the support staff management team at an exciting time to oversee a major development project. At Gresham’s, we offer a rare opportunity where children can join us at our Nursery and Pre-Prep School from the age of 2 and continue with their education at our Prep and Senior Schools to the age of 18. Founded in 1555 and located in the heart of North Norfolk, Gresham’s is a thriving co-educational school set across 300 acres of countryside, just minutes from award-winning beaches and areas of natural beauty.
The Head of Estates will possess demonstrable experience of planning and overseeing building projects and managing diverse teams. The role involves day-to-day responsibility for management of the school’s estate, buildings and facilities, for site operations and security, and for reporting on Estate and Health and Safety matters to the School governor Estates and Health and Safety Committees.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of managing projects, able to work both in great detail as well as strategically, with an ability to influence, prioritise, motivate and achieve excellence in their role through effective planning, management and communication.
