We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join. As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing project finances, managing contracts, and ensuring cost-effective project execution while maintaining quality standards. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-value projects across various sectors e.g., construction, infrastructure, commercial, residential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Preparing and reviewing tender documentation and contracts.
  • Conducting risk assessments and value engineering.
  • Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior QS team members.

Key Requirements

  • BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years post graduate experience in quantity surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in cost management software (e.g. Bluebeam) and MS Office.
  • Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) preferred, but not essential.
