Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for a Commissioning Engineer to work on Water and Wastewater treatment projects. Salary - £55,000 - £65,000 + pkg (DOE)

Duties:

  • Preparing and maintaining detailed commissioning records and documentation
  • Coordinating commissioning activities
  • Chairing commissioning meetings with subcontractors and the client as and when required
  • Reviewing and signing off commissioning documentation and RAMS
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during commissioning
  • Conducting pre-commissioning inspections and testing of equipment and systems.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent safety certification
  • Significant demonstrable experience in a construction/commissioning role
  • Proven experience in commissioning water/wastewater treatment projects.
  • Experience working with contractors or water utility companies.
  • Process knowledge around treatment and water movement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) and process systems is desirable.
  • Comfortable multitasking and has great time management skills
  • Being able to work with a specific focus on multiple deadlines and being able to communicate with senior stakeholders on the progress of projects
