Electrical Operations Manager

Job Title: Electrical Operations Manager Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + negotiable Car Allowance: £6,600/year Benefits: 6% pension, couple’s health care, life insurance (4x salary), 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Hours: Monday to Friday Who We’re Looking For: A hands-on Electrical Operations Manager with solid experience in the food process or water treatment sectors — someone ready to lead projects, manage teams, and keep everything running smoothly. If you love working with electrical installations and enjoy a challenge, this could be your next big move! What You’ll Do: * Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish * Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to quality standards (BS 7671 & NICEIC) * Manage and motivate a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors * Build and keep great client relationships * Ensure all health & safety rules are followed * Oversee project costs and help grow profits * Provide accurate estimates and bids * Bring fresh ideas to improve how we work What You Need: * MUST have experience in the food process or water treatment sectors * 10+ years in electrical installation & project management * Qualified in electrical engineering/installation (apprentice-trained) * Certifications like 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regs, HNC Electrical Engineering, SMSTS/SSSTS * Strong leadership and financial skills Why Join Us? * Work with a leading M&E contractor in exciting sectors like Rail, MOD, and Food Processing * Great pay and benefits * Friendly, supportive team environment Ready to take charge and make an impact?
