Key Responsibilities: As a Property Manager at Pinnacle Property Management, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of leasehold properties. Ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources to maximize property performance and residents satisfaction. Develop and implement property management strategies to achieve operational goals and objectives. Manage stakeholder relations, enquiries and concerns. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. Collaborate with contractors, service providers, and vendors for property improvements and maintenance projects. Monitor and enforce lease agreements and ensure adherence to property management policies and procedures. Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify and address maintenance needs and potential risks. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting leasehold property management.  Key Requirements: Significant experience in leasehold property management. Strong leadership and management abilities to oversee property operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, property owners, and team members.
