We are sure you already know that there's a huge demand for supply teachers, which means that we will be able to cater to you and your working needs. Whether you're a Foundation Teacher looking for a one day a week PPA Cover or a Year 6 Teacher interested in a full time, long term position for a term or 2 (with or without planning) then we would love to hear from you.

We work with a large number of Primary Schools within the Aylesbury and Milton Keynes areas who require supply teachers for various reasons and durations of time that we can ensure fit around you. A-Rec Education also completely understand and appreciate that everyone's situation is different, so last minute supply bookings may not always be convenient. If you'd prefer to know where you are going a week or 2 in advance to help with childcare, other commitments or simply just because that's your preference, then we can help.

We have worked with the Primary Schools in Aylesbury and Milton Keynes for the past 8 years and have great rapport with the local Primary Schools. If you know you'd like to make a change and have the flexibility of supply work or you just want to put the feelers out, then we'd love to hear from you.

  • Be a Qualified Teacher holding QTS with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education. NQTs/ECTs also welcome to apply
  • Have the ability and experience of working at Primary level

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Be flexible and reliable
