Commercial Gas Manager

Position: Commercial Gas Contracts Manager Location: SE London Salary: 60-65k + company vehicle/allowance, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop etc Contract: Permanent Our client is a well established specialist M&E contractor, undertaking contratcs within the public and private sectors. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Manager to oversee their commercial division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well respected, growing organisation with opportunity for further development within the role. Responsibilities: Oversee the management of the commercial gas contracts ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Oversee a team of supervisors. in-house engineers as well as subcontractors. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate and liaise with the client, external agencies, and engineers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate: * Previous experience managing a commercial gas/heating contract * Commercial gas qualifications and thorough understanding of gas safety regulations, standards, and best practices. * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships and working collaboratively. * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
