We are partnering with a multinational technology company in their search for a Customer Onboarding Specialist. This is a 15 month temporary role based in Central London offering hybrid working and a day rate of up to £142 per day for the right candidate.
As the Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding customers, driving engagement and identifying customers at risk of churning. You will monitor onboarding health, identify risk leading to churn and build internal relationships with the internal sales team, product team and solutions consultants.
The right candidate will have:
- 2+ years onboarding/marketing/customer success experience
- Experience onboarding customers and helping them adopt and utilise products/services
- Business savvy with strong relationship building skills
- Ideally previous background within a technology/subscription based businesses
