Graduate Management Trainee HR

We have an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate as a Graduate Management Trainee within our HR Department.

You will need to have achieved or be set to achieve a Master’s Degree in Psychology, along with a can-do and hands-on attitude, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

You should demonstrate strong management skills such as assertiveness and initiative, along with good administration and time management skills.

This position is based at our Bedford Headquarters, MK41 0LF.

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will receive support to become a future leader, with opportunities to gain an overview of departments such as Admin, Logistics, Sales, Customer Services, Production, Dispatch, and Transport, similar to many of our current management team who have progressed through this scheme.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with Recruitment, gaining exposure to Employee Relations, and developing knowledge of our databases, policies, and procedures.

You will attend regular training sessions and meetings designed to broaden your understanding of different roles and develop your management skills.
