As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will receive support to become a future leader, with opportunities to gain an overview of departments such as Admin, Logistics, Sales, Customer Services, Production, Dispatch, and Transport, similar to many of our current management team who have progressed through this scheme.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with Recruitment, gaining exposure to Employee Relations, and developing knowledge of our databases, policies, and procedures.
You will attend regular training sessions and meetings designed to broaden your understanding of different roles and develop your management skills.
