A top-tier Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to strengthen their Leeds office by adding a client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor.
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a large presence on some interesting built to rent and private residential projects across Leeds and Yorkshire. Day to day, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will carry out pre and post contract services, whilst also mentor and guide a couple of Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and become a key contact for clients.
- MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
- CostX experience would be a bonus
- Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- A successful track record of taking projects from inception to completion
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
