The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

A large residential developer who specialise in high specification residential developments have a brand new site selling new build properties in Cambridge.

Mainstream Property or New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role. Candidates will also be presentable and able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels. Please see below day to day duties:

  • Conducting viewings around the show homes and selling off plan units
  • Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
  • General upkeep of the sales and marketing suite
  • Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
  • Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development and its USPs
  • Ensuring that customers are eligible to use the Shared Ownership Scheme
  • Chasing sales leads
  • Responding to enquiries
