In this role, you won’t just be bagging products – you’ll be taking on duties with crucial importance. As a valuable part of the production process, you’ll play a unique role in packing and palletizing our high-quality animal food safely and efficiently, ensuring that we consistently deliver excellence to our customers.

You’ll demonstrate your leadership skills by overseeing the packing area’s ongoing activities and directing the dedicated packing team to run all tasks smoothly. Working in sync with your peers and the Shift Manager, you’ll hone your skills, face challenges, and continually learn and grow in a spirited, dynamic team environment. But wait, there’s more! You’ll also have the opportunity to step up your game and run the shift in the absence of the Shift Manager (when needed).

What you bring to the table:

  • A strong background in manufacturing, ideally within food, pet food, or FMCG
  • Solid understanding of Food Safety (Level 2), BRC awareness, and basic knowledge in CI tools and techniques
  • A certificate proving you’ve completed IOSH Working Safely
  • A go-getter attitude and commitment to continuously learning and growing
  • An empathetic approach and open-mindedness when interacting with the team
